2. Are the color / holographic lashes suitable for professional use?

Yes. The Holographic Aurora Anime and other colored lash extensions are designed for professional lash artists and creative sets, offering soft, flexible fibers with striking visual effects suitable for cosplay, holiday looks, and fashion sets. 

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment. Delivery time is approximately 6–9 business days in the USA and 14–30 days for international shipments, depending on the destination. 

4. What are the shipping costs?

• Free shipping is available for qualifying orders during promotions (e.g., $59+ for new customers, $99+ for returning customers) with no code required.
• Standard shipping fees apply based on total order weight if thresholds aren’t met. 

5. What is the return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Returns due to Aguud’s error (damaged, incorrect items) include free return shipping.
• For personal returns (changed mind), customers cover return shipping.
• No restocking fees are charged.

6. Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can be canceled before they have shipped or been produced. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds are issued upon approval for canceled orders.

Aguud emphasizes premium quality and safety in production; however, as with all eyelash extensions, proper application, appropriate adhesive selection, and client patch testing are recommended to minimize irritation.
