Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped or entered production.

  • If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact our customer service team before returning any items to confirm the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Important Notes

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fees will be charged on any approved returns.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that bank or card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur).

  3. Contact your bank for further confirmation.
